Historic buildings never match the drawings (if they exist). We document residential, corporate, industrial and other heritage sites by recording what time has left behind: façade and envelope geometry, floor deviations, openings, materials, structural systems and evidence of past work. Deliverables provide verification for preservationists, architects, and engineers to support renovation, budgeting, and approvals.
